Locate
the name and contact details for your VW dealership here.
Report
a defect immediately to your dealership, preferably in writing.
Even if you are unable to return the vehicle immediately, you have proof
that you reported the defect in a timely manner. Reporting defects
immediately will resolve disputes pertaining to the warranty at a later
stage.
Should
the General Manager of your dealership fail to redress your complaints,
get in touch with the Directors of the dealership network:
Lindsay
Saker
McCarthy
Barlow
World
Unitrans
Should
your dealership be an independent agent, don't despair. It's one
person less that you have to deal with. Continue with the steps.
DID
YOU KNOW?
-
Every dealership is supposed to inspect every new vehicle
they receive from VWSA before signing it off and selling it to
you
-
Should the dealership find that the vehicle is of sub-standard
quality, the vehicle is supposed to go back to VWSA
-
Once the dealership registers a vehicle, it cannot be returned
to VWSA for replacement, as it is considered a second-hand
vehicle

step in the production process has as its central focus on Volkswagen's
commitment to providing South Africans with cars of exceptional
quality. We build this integrity into the very fabric of each and

Chico 1.4."

"Inferior
quality is too readily accepted in South Africa. If we are to
